Instruction: mix one bag of powder and boiled water in proportion(1:3), then put them in expanded machine. 2 minutes later, put out some ice cream material from
expanded machine so that the material does not cover the bottom fan of expanded machine.
When the bubbles are more and cover the bottom fan again, put them out and remix them in
expanded machine several time. After 30 minutes, volume of ice cream is enlarged obviously.
Then put them out and fill in ice cream machine. After 20 minutes freezing, ice cream is ready for
taste.
